This policy covers text messages sent by EJ Stutzman Trucking ("EJ Stutzman," "we") to contracted motor carriers and drivers in connection with delivery paperwork.
We collect the mobile phone numbers of carrier dispatch contacts and drivers who haul loads for EJ Stutzman. Numbers are provided to us directly by the carrier or driver in the course of the business relationship. We use them only to send messages about delivery paperwork, such as requests for signed proof-of-delivery documents.
Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third party.
Drivers receive approximately one message per delivered load. Carrier dispatch contacts receive up to one message per day while delivery paperwork is outstanding, for up to seven days per load. Message frequency varies with load volume.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier.
